The Rosver P40 Shaft Mounted Flap Wheel is an industry-grade abrasive designed for grinding, blending, deburring and surface preparation on metal surfaces. Manufactured with high-quality P40 aluminium oxide (ALOX) abrasive flaps mounted on a 6mm shank, it provides aggressive material removal while maintaining excellent flexibility and control.

The overlapping abrasive flaps are arranged around a central core, allowing the wheel to adapt to contours, edges and internal surfaces while maintaining a smooth and consistent cutting action. The P40 coarse grit makes this wheel particularly suitable for applications requiring faster stock removal and more aggressive surface preparation.
