Storage and Safety

Store in a clean, dry environment away from moisture and extreme temperatures. Always inspect the flap wheel before use and do not use if damaged or excessively worn.

For optimum performance, operate at the recommended speed of 7,000 RPM. Never exceed the maximum operating speed of 15,200 RPM. Ensure the shank is clamped by at least 15mm before use and reduce contact pressure if operating above the recommended speed.

To maximise tool life and minimise heat generation, use light contact pressure and, where appropriate, apply a suitable grinding oil for the material being worked. Always wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and respiratory protection. Follow the power tool manufacturer's operating and safety instructions at all times.
