400ML AMBERSIL FLAW DETECTOR 3 DEVELOPER

Flaw Detector Developer is a quick-drying developer used in non-destructive testing (NDT) of surfaces and structures. Many cracks in engineering materials can be deep despite having very small surface openings, which can lead to serious or critical defects. Such flaws are often difficult to detect by normal visual inspection, but penetrant flaw detection extends the visual method by making these defects clearly visible.

Inspection is carried out using the standard three-product system: Flaw Detector Cleaner, Flaw Detector Penetrant and Flaw Detector Developer. The developer is a dispersion of a fine white powder in a fast-evaporating solvent, providing a high-contrast background that draws penetrant out of surface-breaking defects for clear visual indication.

Supplied in ready-to-use aerosol form, the system delivers quick, reliable results without the need for expensive or advanced equipment. This sensitive and economical inspection method is widely applicable across different materials and component shapes.
