The DU-MITAL Vacuum Brazed Diamond Specialist Metal Blade is engineered for high-performance cutting of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, delivering exceptional speed, accuracy, and blade life across the widest possible range of metal applications.

Manufactured using advanced vacuum brazing technology, the uniquely coated diamond grit is permanently bonded directly to an ultra-thin steel core, creating an extremely sharp and durable cutting edge. This construction allows the blade to cut cooler, faster, and with greater precision than conventional abrasive discs, while significantly reducing burr formation and material discolouration.

Developed specifically to handle a broad spectrum of metal profiles up to 40mm thick, the DU-MITAL blade is ideal for cutting flat bar, angle, round and hexagon bar, sheet and plate, channel, I-beams, wide flange beams, square and rectangular tubing, pipe, tee bar, rebar, and a wide range of specialist sections.
