The Protecto 500 is an uncoated, super-light duty glass fibre welding blanket, designed to provide protection against welding sparks and spatter in industrial hot work environments.

Manufactured from fire-resistant glass fibre, the blanket helps reduce the risk of fire by protecting surrounding equipment, surfaces and work areas from stray sparks. While welding blankets can be damaged or melted when exposed to excessive heat, the material is designed not to support combustion.

Lightweight and easy to handle, the Protecto 500 is suitable for general light-duty welding and hot work applications where protection from sparks and light spatter is required.
